The Purple Runway of Dreams is a unique fashion show designed specifically for visually impaired youth, aiming to boost confidence and promote inclusivity

The Radio Udaan team, led by founder Danish Mahajan, is spearheading this initiative Danish, who is visually impaired, emphasizes that fashion is a vital part of life for everyone, including those with disabilities.

The event includes a Mr and Ms. Beauty Pageant 2025, open to both fully blind and low vision participants. Finalists have been chosen for the grand finale in Panchkula, Chandigarh, scheduled for February 2025.

Danish Mahajan, a 100% visually impaired advocate from Pathankot, was awarded the National Award in the 'Shreshth Divyangjan-2024' category for his contributions to the disabled community

Radio Udaan, an online community radio station founded by Danish, reaches over 50,000 listeners monthly, providing motivational content and organizing talent competitions for people with disabilities

The semifinal round of the fashion show was judged by a notable jury, including Mrs Devi Krishnan, Mrs. Jyoti Gogia, and Beenu Rajpoot.
