Design-a-thon: Participants will showcase their creativity by designing innovative products made from waste materials and creating virtual solutions through UI and UX design. The emphasis is on sustainable and user-friendly designs that contribute to a greener future.

 

 

During the inaugural ceremony, the Chief Guest, Vimal Daga, a renowned technology expert, shared his inspirational journey and spoke about the importance of modern technology in problem-solving. He emphasized how leveraging the right tools and frameworks can create scalable and impactful solutions for real-world issues.

 

 

 

Speaking at the event, Gaurav Sharma, CEO of ACIC VGU, highlighted the importance of fostering an ecosystem that supports entrepreneurship. "At ACIC VGU, we are committed to nurturing innovation and building a comprehensive support system for startups. Through CODE RED 4.0, we aim to empower young innovators to create solutions that make a difference," said Sharma.

 

Adding to this, Onkar Bagaria, CEO of VGU, announced the university’s goal of supporting 125 startups in the coming year through grants and extensive mentorship programs. "VGU is committed to driving entrepreneurial success and creating a thriving ecosystem that fuels innovation. We are determined to help these startups grow and contribute to a sustainable future," said Bagaria.

The event marks the beginning of an exciting journey for participants, where they will engage in 72 hours of intensive ideation, coding, and designing to present their final solutions. Winners will be announced at the grand finale on October 27, 2024.
